Why I do this
“After 36 years in this industry, I've learned one thing: every store is winnable. I've turned around underperforming locations, built teams from scratch, and watched young franchisees go from overwhelmed to running clean, profitable, growing businesses. Now my job is to help more operators get there — faster, and with fewer mistakes. If you run a c-store, own a franchise, or are thinking about buying one, I want to help you win.”
